JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —
Executive Director Joyce Bowers was there for 38 years and said it is a very sad day.
Bowers made sure all of her day care kids found local centers to go to. YWCA took 17 of their kids and said they will start Monday.
YWCA Assistant Director Michelle Feichtel said the transition should be seamless and parents should get the same rates.
