Johnstown Doctor Speaks Out About H1N1 Virus

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. —

Pediatrician Dr. Andrew Garbarino is worried about H1N1 panic. He said the virus has the same death rates as the seasonal flu we deal with every year.

The Department of Health gave the green light for ordering H1N1 flu vaccines starting this Wednesday.

These vaccines will make their way into our area over the next few weeks, but doctors like Garbarino are concerned when it comes to giving them out.

Pediatric Care Specialists in Johnstown plans to monitor the side effects to either stop giving them out or continue.
