Johnstown Man Accused Of Killing His Girlfriend

A Johnstown man will stand trial for the murder of his girlfriend. Police say, Barry Treese attacked Deborah Deem in June. A doctor testified the assault broke her facial bones and left two knots on her head, which may have been fatal. The doctor said Deem died after a second attack on July 30th. She was strangled and hit with a heavy object. Treece contends Deem fell and her hit her head, then fell again later.
