JOHNSTOWN —
Johnstown police have charged a 28-year old city man with sexually assaulting a teenage girl. Police say Charles Helsel, 28, of Coleman Avenue sexually assaulted the girl numerous times between April 2002 and April of this year. He's accused of statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, and corruption of minors.
