Johnstown Man Pleads Not Guilty To Sexually Abusing Two Children

A Johnstown man pleaded not guilty to charges he sexually abused two young children.

Scott Lewis, 38, is accused of sexually abusing the children, who were 4 and 6 years old at the time of the alleged incidents.

In court on Friday, the two children gave their testimony. They said during the summer of 2006, Lewis touched them in private areas of their bodies and make them perform oral sex on him. The children also said Lewis took nude photos of them and hid them in his bedroom.

A detective involved in the case said she never found the photos, but a judge felt there was enough evidence to bind the case over to Cambria County Court.

Lewis remains free on $25,000 bond.
