Alan Whysong, a retired steelworker from Johnstown, is the winner of Dollar General's Country Million Sweepstakes.
Whysong also won a trip to Nashville to meet country music star Gretchen Wilson.
Whysong said he plans to pay off his mortgage and travel with his wife.
