Johnstown Officials Look At City Budget

Johnstown —

City officials in Johnstown are looking at the budget. They're in the process of drafting a preliminary budget for next year. City Manager Jeff Silka says its still early, but cuts are expected for non-essential items, including office supplies and even bottled water for city employees. Silka says that's so they won't have to make cuts to the core services of police and fire protection, public works, and economic development.
