The Johnstown Police Department say a juvenile was stabbed in the neck area...around the intersection of Franklin and Vine Streets Saturday evening. The juvenile was taken to the hospital. Police are not releasing the name of the suspect because charges haven't been filed yet. Police say this incident is not related to Thunder in the Valley.
