Johnstown —
For two days running there have been accidents along this stretch of D Street in Johnstown. On Thursday, one car lost control coming up the hill while another vehicle rolled over on its way down. Fortunately, neither driver was seriously injured, but local officials say something needs to be done. West Hills Regional Police Chief, Andy Havas, says there have been more than a dozen crashes at the curve since mid-summer, and they're asking PennDOT to do something to make it safer.
