Judge Makes Ruling On Deadly Shooting

Related

A judge says a psychiatric center and a psychologist can't be held responsible for a State College woman who shot two people, killing one, at Penn State university six years ago. This stems from a lawsuit filed by the parents of Melanie Spella, a Penn State senior shot to death by Jillian Robbins. Spalla's parents sued in 1998, arguing that therapists and others should have known the danger posed by Robbins and should have prevented her violent actions.
