Jury Deliberates State College Fatal Pedestrian Crash

Jury deliberations were under way Thursday in the trial of a man accused of killing a pedestrian while driving drunk.

Anthony Torsell, 20, is accused of striking two pedestrians in a State College intersection, injuring one and killing the other.

Torsell's attorney has not denied that his client was drinking, but argued the crash would have happened anyway because the victims were crossing the street against the light in the darkness and rain.
