CONFLUENCE, Pa. —
Suspect Justin Weber is accused of kidnapping an 11-year-old girl from her bed at Seven Springs Mountain Resort.
Weber's case was waived and bound over to court, and no hearing date was set.
In March, police said Weber carried the girl from her bed into the bathroom and when the girl scream, he took off.
Police said Weber then came back and that's when the girl's father called police.
Police found a beer bottle in the girl's room and believe Weber was drinking alcohol.
Weber is out of jail on bond.
