Latest On Soldiers From 103rd Armory

Johnstown —

The soldiers are in meetings Wednesday at Fort Bliss, Texas with military officials from Pennsylvania. Their discussing the problems at Fort Bliss and being given new orders. The soldiers will either sign and volunteer to stay after their time is up or come home. The word among soldiers at Fort Bliss is the majority of them, 40 out of 60, will now come home.

What concerns the soldiers are their current orders or waivers. The ones who got them already served in the War on Terrorism and can't serve the time for this deployment. The soldiers who signed agreed to volunteer after their time was up and complete the mission. But the new problem is that some of the soldiers orders have been altered. Seeing their changed orders angers and concerns the soldiers from the 103rd Armory and their immediate supervisors.

The families of the soldiers are also frustrated with this situation. They want to see it resolved and their soldiers come home.
