Blair County —
Federal safety officials are seeking $13,000 in fines against a Blair County company. Some of the citations against Varner's Pallets include a lack of fire extinguishers, un-insulated spliced wires and improperly stored containers of flammable gas. The company has until November 24th to contest the citations.
