Low-flying Plane Causes Concern In Somerset County

A low-flying jetliner circled the Somerset County area Saturday night and it caused some concern.

The Airbus 320 was bound for Phoenix from New York and then the pilots discovered the plane had a cracked windshield.

They made several passes over the area to burn off excess fuel before making a landing in Philadelphia.

Officials said at that the passengers or people on the ground were never in any danger.
