Major fire breaks out at Indiana Co. printing plant

INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. —


Crews battled heavy smoke and flames Tuesday morning at an Indiana County business.

The fire broke out around 9 a.m. at the Creps United Publications plant on Christy Park Driver in White Township, just outside of Indiana.

Emergency crews said almost immediately after the fire erupted, there were reports of flames through the roof of the plant.

Fire crews from Indiana and Cambria counties were dispatched to the scene as well as reportedly a crew from Somerset County.

As of noon, it was unknown if there were any injures. The cause was also unknown.
