BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —
An accused child molester was released on unsecured bail Thursday, shocking his alleged victim's family.
Patrick Partsch, of Claysburg, is charged with aggravated indecent assault against an 8-year-old girl.
According to the Altoona Mirror, Partsch must report to a probation officer and is forbidden to be in contact with children during his release.
In the meantime, Partsch's wife, Tabatha, was arraigned on new charges after a 5-year-old boy came forward with allegations of abuse.
