According to Altoona police, Richard Kimberling forced himself into a home on 3rd Avenue and 57th Street and began assaulting several people inside.
Police say Kimberling held a man to the ground by his throat and was hitting him when the man stabbed Kimberling. Police say Kimberling ran, but was later caught in West Virginia.
