Man Arrested After Incident At Cambria County McDonald's

Police cars surrounded a McDonald's restaurant on Route 22 just outside of Ebensburg on Thursday.

Several police agencies were at the scene. Details were limited but officials said there was a disturbance inside the restaurant.

Cambria Township Police arrested Allen Carper, 21, of St. Michael. He faces a few charges including terroistic threats and recklessly endangering others.

Criminal complaints said Carper engaged in violent behavior leading up to Thursday, and made repeated threats to use a knife or another weapon to harm employees and management.

Carper was arraigned Thursday afternoon and given a $25,000 bond.
