Richard Facci, 62, of Johnstown was on his way to work when the car he was driving in collided with an SUV. The driver of the car, Todd Block, was killed. Two women in the SUV have been arraigned on drug charges after crack was found in their car. The baby that was in the SUV is OK and is with his grandparents.
