Man Stabbed To Death At Local Hot Spot

GEISTOWN —

Authorities are still looking for a New York man wanted for a deadly stabbing near Johnstown this morning.

Police were called to the Geistown Country Club shortly after three this morning for a reported stabbing. 27-year-old Edwin Rice from Pittsburgh later died from his wounds. According to the police report, Rice and the suspect, 18-year-old Eddie Wannamaker, Jr., got into an argument. Police say, the fight quickly escalated and rice was stabbed numerous times.
