A Maryland man was in Bedford County Court on Wednesday facing charges he shot and killed his ex-wife's boyfriend.
A judge ordered 44-year-old Mark Shirey to stand trial.
Shirey is accused of killing 49-year-old Michael Simpson at Simpson's home in Cumberland Valley Township.
Simpson was the new boyfriend of Shirey's ex-wife. The couple had four children together but had divorced 10 years ago.
