SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. —
Months after a deadly crash in Somerset County, a Maryland man is being charged.
State police said Ronald Streets lost control of his car and crashed over an embankment. Both he and Anthony Winter were ejected from the car.
Investigators said instead of immediately calling 911, Streets waited more than an hour. In addition, they said Streets had alcohol in his system at the time of the crash.
Streets remains free on $10,000 bond.
