Missing Teen Found After Massive Search Effort

A missing 15-year-old boy has been found after a massive search in Clearfield County.

The boy was not injured.

Crews from all over had searched for the boy, who is mentally disabled. Police said the boy needs constant supervision.

Police said the boy ran away from home around midnight Wednesday. He told police he just wanted to go for a walk.

The teen is very interested in trains and antiques, so search crews kept a close eye on rail yards and train tracks in the area.

He was found walking along the Rails to Trails project in Grampian.

A command center was set up in Lawrence Township and crews used search dogs, all-terrain vehicles and search boats to find the teen.
