Angela Thomas, 25, was found somewhere in a 90-plus acre section of Allegheny Township.
Officials said Thomas is in fair condition and she was being treated by emergency crews at the scene as of 12:15 p.m. Officials said she will be airlifted to Memorial Medical Center.
Pennsylvania State Police said foul play is not suspected in Thomas' disappearance.
Thomas' boyfriend told police he went to his family's farm Sunday evening for food and when he returned she was gone.
