Monday Marks Last Day For Bedford County Tax Appeals

Monday is last day for Bedford County taxpayers to file an assessment appeal with the courts.

Many residents have been fighting the countywide property reassessment, complaining that it will cost them too much money.

At a recent taxpayer association meeting, residents learned the cost of filing an appeal might be higher than it is worth.
