Money Woes Could Halt Theatre Productions

JENNERSTOWN, Pa. —

The Mountain Playhouse in Jennerstown is getting ready to start its 2010 season, but the curtain may not go up.

According to published reports, the theatre is facing a $250,000 debt.

The theatre board has put programming for its 71st season on hold until at least July. Currently, members are planning fundraisers and asking for donations.
