It's no longer just one company interested in buying the Altoona Water System...
Two more firms have surfaced as potential buyers for the Altoona City Authority's water system. A committee studying the idea of selling the system has agreed to provide information about it to two more companies...Aqua America of suburban Philadelphia...and United Water...from eastern Pennsylvania...
