The day after a Jefferson County woman shot her husband and son before turning the gun on herself, many questions remain unanswered. The attempted murder suicide happened Saturday on Bushley Road in Washington Township, Jefferson County near the town of Brockway. According to state police, Tammy Terwilliger shot her husband. A relative witnessed the shooting and ran for help, but before police could respond Terwilliger had shot her 9 year old son and then committed suicide. Both the boy and his father remain in critical condition at the hospital. Sunday, Terwilliger's family tried to make sense of the shooting, but they did not know what prompted it. "We're all terrified, we're speechless. We don't know why or nothing," says Terwillger's aunt Vivian Bloom. Bloom also says the family is "holding on to each other and praying to God to get us through."
