Murder charges are expected to be filed against a Johnstown man who police say severely beat up his elderly mother over money. 92-year-old, Mary Kopriva, died Tuesday night, after being hospitalized since the December attack. Police say they were called to the hosue after neighbors heard Kopriva pleading with someone to stop hitting her.
