Some residents in a Bedford County community are concerned after a mysterious substance that fell on their property after a natural gas storage facility had a blowoff.

Periodically, Spectra Energy's storage facility will blow off air. On Sunday, there was a blowoff followed by an alarm which worried residents when they found a greasy substance on their property.
