New Altoona Martin's Accepting Applications

Over 100 jobs are coming to Blair County.

Officials from Martin's are in the process of accepting applications for 150 associates, a majority of which will be part-time.

The 68,000 square foot building will be located at 1000 Logan Boulevard.

Officials are looking for produce, deli, meat, floral, bakery, cashier, service and overnight stock associates.

Spokeswoman Tracy Pawelski told WJAC they've already hired for 30 full time managerial positions.

Construction for the new store is in its final stages.

It should be opening in the spring.
