Blair County, PA —
State police releasing more information about car crash at a Blair County post office.
Troopers tell 6News that Patrick Leeper drove a woman's car into the Tipton post office Monday morning.
Leeper is facing a long list of charges, including assault and driving under the influence.
He was on state parole, but that has been revoked.
Leeper is in the Blair County jail.
