Authorities in Centre County gave a press conference yestersay to discuss new developments in the Peter Serrano death investigation.
Police found Peter Serrano unresponsive in an alley behind the Rathskellar Bar in downtosn State College in October. The bouncers had to subdue Serrano after an altercation outside the bar, Serrano was later pronounced dead at the scene. His death had been ruled accidental, but now two brothers are being charged in the death. Specifically, Jason and Christopher Rosengrant are being charged with involuntary manslaughter. Both defendents have been released on $50,000 bail.
