CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. —
The buildings are just the first phase of the single family home project. Construction began back in April 2008 and Wednesday an open house was held.
Housing Authority officials said applicants will go through a series of credit checks and must be able to pay a mortgage to be considered. For instance, a family of two has to make at least $17,000 a year.
