City Beverage of Altoona just signed a deal to distribute Duquense beer from City Brewing in seven counties around Johnstown.
Duquense beer will hit the local bars, six-pack shops and distributors by the end of the month when City Beverage gets its first trailer load.
The first 500 barrels are fermenting at the Rolling Rock Brewing Co.
Officials from City Brewing told WJAC that the taste is on par with Rolling Rock Beer.
