Michael Regan of Sound Beach, New York was reported missing by his wife on December 19th. Thursday, his mother-in-law's Ford Escape that he used on the day of his disappearance was located in a grove of trees just off of State Route 410 near Troutville. His mother says that he has no friends, family or other relatives that would tie him to the Western Pennsylvania area. Some residents in the area near Troutville reported seeing a man matching Regan's description. He is 5'10" tall, weighs 220 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes. If you have any information about his whereabouts, you are asked to call the Punxsutawney State Police at 814-938-0510.
