Police and other drug enforcement officials conducted raids in Bellefonte, State College and other parts of the county.
The arrests came after a yearlong investigation that focused on street-level drug dealers who police said were operating in the county.
Investigators said the suspects sold various drugs including marijuana, cocaine and methadone to undercover informants.
The drug sweep started earlier this week. Police said they are in the process of tracking down about seven other drug suspects and said more arrests could follow over the next few days.
