PA State Police Have Defective Bulletproof Vests

Related

The Pennsylvania State Police are considering

replacing more than four thousand bulletproof vests, after their

expected - potentially allowing bullets through. The state police

can replace, or repair, the vests made by Second Chance Body Armor as

part of an offer by the Michigan company after tests showed

protective material can break down under high heat and humidity.
