Pa. Supreme Court Rejects Bedford Sex Offender's Appeal

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has rejected a Bedford man's latest appeal of his conviction on sexual assault charges.

The high court upheld the jury's 2006 verdict against 63-year-old Kenneth James, a former drug and alcohol counselor.

James was convicted of 21 courts after two teenage girls said he assaulted them during drug counseling sessions over a seven-month period.
