Traffic is limited to one lane over Johnstown's Coopersdale Bridge. Crews are testing and inspecting it for possible cracks or structural problems. PennDOT has narrowed the lanes until the bridge is fully tested and any repairs are completed. But PennDOT insists the bridge is not in jeopardy of collapsing.
