United States troops have been in Iraq for over a year, and the largest make-up of troops are National Guard men and women, many of whom are from Pennsylvania. Congressman Bill Shuster said he believes Pennsylvania has one of the largest contingents of National Guard Troops in Iraq.
"We're doing more than our fair share, but that's Pennsylvania's history throughout the history of the United States, no matter what the conflict," said Shuster.
