Police pulled over Steven Palaia Friday around 5 p.m. for a traffic violation.
While police searched Palaia's car, they found nearly a pound of marijuana, one-half ounce of mushrooms and several doses of LSD.
Palaia was arrested and taken to the Clearfield County Jail.
