Police: Baby suffered 2nd degree burns at father's Clearfield Co. home

CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. —

A Clearfield County baby is recovering after being severely burned while allegedly staying at the father's house.

The 22-month-old was apparently burned on its backside and legs.

Police believe it happened sometime late Friday night into early Saturday morning at a home on Lynn Street in Bigler Township.

Both a man and woman are listed as suspects in the report.

Police are looking at aggravated assault charges if a suspect is arrested.

The baby was treated and released from the hospital.

Police and CYS are investigating.
