BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —

Officials with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office said they've made another arrest involving a large-scale heroin and marijuana distribution ring in Blair County.

Serena Ann Kifer, 25, of Williamsburg, was arrested on charges of conspiracy; possession with intent to deliver marijuana and methadone; simple possession of marijuana, methadone and amphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kifer's bail was set at $500,000. Her arrest follows the arrests of three other people on March 24: Michael Calderwood, Creig Shultz, and Kourtney Thomas. All are charged with drug crimes.

Police said search warrants led to the seizure of a total of approximately three pounds of marijuana, $11,413 in cash, 60 methadone pills, 2.5 amphetamine pills, packaging/distribution paraphernalia, a marijuana grinder, documents, and numerous electronic assets from a residence and vehicle.

Calderwood's Jeep Liberty was seized pending further proceedings by the Blair Co District Attorney's office. Officials said the street value of the marijuana is estimated at $19,200 and the methadone pills more than $1,000.
