Police: Centre Co. man facing rape charges

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. —

A Centre County man is facing rape charges for allegedly having sexual relations with a young girl for two years, according to police.

Police said Phillip Colton of Osceola Mills knew his 13-year-old victim.

Investigators said the alleged abuse happened at Colton’s home in Rush Township.

Colton is facing rape and multiple assault charges.

He’s in jail on $100,000 bond.
