Police are focusing on retracing the steps Tina Miller took Saturday night right before she was killed in Canoe Creek State Park. Officials say the Hollidaysburg woman died from strangulation. State police are focusing on talking with everyone who may have seen or been with Miller that night. The Blair County District Attorney warns this isn't a open and shut case like they've seen before.
