NORFOLK, Va. —
Television station WAVY in Norfolk reported that Lt. Todd Cox, 40, was killed Thursday night.
Witnesses said Cox was walking his dog with his fiancee and children when a car drove past them and turned around. Police said a man got out of the car and shot Cox and then fled the scene.
