CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. —
Police are investigating four sexual assault reports in State College over the weekend.
One of the assaults allegedly happened at the Indigo Club on College Avenue. Police said a woman reported she was inappropriately touched at the club.
Investigators said the woman pulled out a knife to defend herself, but ended up cutting her finger.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
