William Allison, 22, wandered away from home on Friday.
People reported to the family Tuesday that they saw Allison in the Altoona area, but he had not returned home as of 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Allison has a learning disability and his family is concerned. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police.
